The Patriot 18K is our rail-mounted, American-made fifth wheel hitch with a one piece base design for easier installation and a higher tow rating. Available as slider system or fixed.

- Four vertical adjustments from 16″ to 19″ on fixed hitch.
- Three vertical adjustments from 17″ to 19″ on slider hitch.
- 4″ of front to back adjustment with two coupler positions.
- Fits all standard mounting rails.
- 3/4″ wrap around jaws for a strong, worry-free connection.
- Side to side pivot with spring cushioning.
- Polyurethane bushings prevent metal to metal contact.
